About Us

In the fall of 2021, my husband (Santiago) and I (Alejandra) moved to the beautiful state of Colorado with a few bags and an old car. We had a big dream and that was to start our empanada business. 
After some challenging months we finally began to sell empanadas at the local farmers markets. We were so excited to see the positive responses from our customers. At the beginning of the year 2023 we started to sell at local stores and our online sales started to boost. 
We are so happy not only see our small family business grow, but also to make a positive change by offering a product that aligns with values of eating plant-based foods and promoting a healthier lifestyle.
